Welcome to the Fabulous and Historic Downtown Mattawan! The Legendary and ONE-OF-A-KIND LESTERHOUSE is a 3 LEVEL Building in this much sought after location. The Colonial atmosphere and design of the walls flooring and cabinetry is an inspiration. The main floor and lower level were used as The Fabulous Lesterhouse Antique Store. There are moveable walls, Antique Brass Chandeliers, Bay Windows, and Franklin Stove. The upstairs has a 2 bedroom Ensuite Apartment with a spacious Beamed Redwood living area with exposed brick. There is a working kitchen and a Dinning room has a mural made painted by a famous Mattawan painter Leon Buckout and a Chinese Screen Wall Divider. Heating and Air-conditioning are 2 years old. Most any business will benefit from the artistic beauty of this building!
