Former home of the laundromat (not dry cleaner ) building was extensively renovated to become a deli/grocery store. Plans changed, and the current owner is using it for a furniture showroom. The large front windows were replaced, as was the back door (replaced with an automatic sliding door). There is plumbing stubbed in where the deli sinks were to be. Two bathrooms are under renovation now, one completely ADA compliant. The building was re-wired, and has a 200 amp main service. The natural gas FA furnace is just 2 years old. There is a steel insulated roll-up door with access to the exterior delivery dock. There is plenty of parking, with the back entrance to the east parking lot, and back deck area. The rolled roofing was re-done with the other improvements. Ideas anyone?
